We couldn’t do it without your help! We’re serious about saving lives. Which means funding pioneering research; raising awareness of vascular disease; campaigning and supporting patients and their friends and family with information provision. We rely solely upon voluntary income to help fund these activities. Donating some of your time to raise some money for the Circulation Foundation can be really rewarding and good fun. If you’d like to help improve the lives of people affected by these debilitating diseases, please take a look at some of our ideas or contact us with your own. It doesn’t matter how much you raise. Small amounts soon add up and really make a difference to people with vascular disease and their loved ones. Thank you so much for the support you provide – we greatly appreciate it.
Let us know
Do contact us to let us know what you’re doing and how we can help. And please let us know how it went, so we can share your ideas with others and build a national picture of our fantastic fundraising support.
21 ideas in our name
If you’re still stuck for ideas, we’ve come up with 21 ways to fundraise…
Payroll giving
Talk to your HR Manager about the possibility of inviting staff to contribute to a one off or an ongoing collection. Just £1 a month per person could make a massive difference.
Lunch Party
A very social way to raise money. Arrange a buffet lunch at work, get everyone to bring a dish and donate the money you would have paid for such a spread elsewhere.
Foreign Currency Collection
Get your leftover holiday currency, old foreign coins and notes out of the dust in the back of a drawer and start a collection with friends and colleagues. It all adds up!
Collection Boxes
If you know someone who works in a community centre, GP surgery, health centre, hairdresser, library or other public place, why not set up a promotional display and arrange a collection?
Cake Sale
Move over Great British Bake Off! This fundraiser is always a winner at workplaces, or community groups, where great tastes can help our research funds rise.
Physical activity – a sponsored walk or swim
There’s no better opportunity to establish the link between physical activity and vascular health, whilst raising money for an incredibly good cause.
Calling all club members
Anyone belonging to a sports club or society has everything they need to hold a charity event for the Circulation Foundation. We’ll support you to the full and it’s a great way to raise funds.
