Swim Serpentine 2018

The Circulation Foundation has been allocated 5 charity places for the Swim Serpentine 2 mile event which is being held on the 22nd September 2018. The 2018 Festival, the third to be staged, will once again offer the opportunity for people to swim in the beautiful Serpentine Lake. The 2 mile event is perfect if you would like to test yourself with two full laps of the Serpentine. It is aimed at more experienced swimmers who have already completed a one-mile open water swim. It's a challenging two-lap swim set in a beautiful location. Entrants must be at least 16 years old on Saturday 22 September 2018.

Swim Serpentine also offers the opportunity to complete the London Classics. London Marathon Events has brought together the best marathon in the world, the world’s greatest cycling festival and Swim Serpentine to create one of the world’s great sporting challenges. The unique challenge requires participants to run the London Marathon (any year since 1981), cycle 100 miles in the Prudential Ride London-Surrey 100 (any year since 2013) and swim two miles at Swim Serpentine. Everyone who completes this iconic trio of events receives a specially-designed London Classics medal engraved with the words: Et ego Londinium vici (“I too have conquered London”) and will be listed in the London Classics Hall of Fame.

If interested please email info@circulationfoundation.org.uk. Please note the closing date for entries is the 24th August so we would need to know about your interest as soon as possible to get you registered in time.
