Social Distancing and Self-Isolation

Limiting your interactions with others is a key message we are hearing from those Doctors working with Covid-19 patients and the Government. Please follow this link for more information. Please stay home and do not meet up with friends and family in person.

Hand Washing

Washing your hands will kill the virus. Wash frequently with soap and water for at 20 seconds, making sure that you reach all parts of your hand, fingers and thumbs. This is a video which may help. Keep Moving

Whilst it is not easy, try to do some exercise at home. Keeping mobile is important. There are many places on the internet that you can access home based exercise. These links give some ideas, but make sure you are looking at the right exercise for you!

And for those of us who remember the Green Goddess, Diana Moran, she will be on BBC Breakfast TV with her exercise segments at around 6.55am and 8.55am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 

Take care, look after yourselves, stay at home, wash your hands, use tissues, keep moving and adhere to NHS and Government Advice

Even if you cannot get out, maintaining your mobility is so important, there are lots of home based exercises.
