MOSAIC2 Research

The Centre for Ethnic Health Research at the University of Leicester are recruiting people for a study with intermittent claudication due to peripheral artery disease and are seeking carers, practitioners or patients from the South Asian, Eastern European or African Caribbean population.

Why are we carrying out the study?

This study aims to work with people with intermittent claudication due to peripheral artery disease, carers, practitioners and service planners in a series of online meetings to adapt an existing walking exercise behaviour change intervention so it can be delivered in primary and community services.
By participating in this study, you will have the opportunity to influence how community practitioners support people with intermittent claudication.

We are interested in hearing from people with Peripheral Arterial Disease (walking leg pain) to be part of our patient and public advisory group.

We will meet regularly online or by telephone (6-monthly) to talk about our new walking exercise programme and develop our research into the treatment of peripheral arterial disease

You will be reimbursed for your time.

Please scan the QR code on the poster if you meet the study criteria and are interested.
