Created in 2009 specifically to support the UK charity sector, The Goodwill Partnership now works with more than 150 UK charity partners, providing its best-practice Will writing service.
TGP provides a unique free Home-Visit appointment service to all postcodes in England and Wales. Our friendly trained staff will visit you at home and carefully take your Will instructions. Daytime and evening appointments are available 7 days a week.
Your Will is then drafted by TGP’s legal admin team, before being checked by one of our inhouse solicitors, who are regulated by SRA and The Law Society, before sending the Will to you for witnessing and signing. For additional convenience, TGP also offers Video and Phone appointments.
